Course Contents
This course will enable the user to work through the entire recruitment procedure, from creating applicant data to filling vacant positions. The recruitment component in SAP HCM is used to recruit human resources according to vacancy requirements, administer advertisements and the costs associated with them, perform different applicant processes and enable administration of Applicant data. The course is designed to give the user complete hands on experience on the latest SAP R/3 Recruitment Module.
