Registration

Courses commence promptly at 09:30 and are scheduled to finish between 16:00 and 16:30. Your trainer will inform you if the scheduled times change or vary in any way.

When making travel arrangements please aim to arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start time on the first day.

Directions

By Train

Reading is on the main London Paddington, South Wales and Gloucester Intercity Lines. On exiting the train station turn left onto Forbury Road, at the large roundabout turn left under the railway bridge. At the next roundabout turn right passing the BMW dealership. The cream brick buildings ahead on your right are Napier Court. The entrance is in the second building, doors open into the car park facing the railway line

By Car:

From the M4 Leave the M4 at Junction 11, Reading South and Central. Join the A33 towards Reading Centre (A329) for approx 4 miles. Pass under a roundabout system and then rail bridge. After the rail bridge turn right onto Vastern Road. At the next roundabout go straight across onto Napier Road past the BMW dealership. Napier Court is on your right, the entrance to the car park is on the right at the other end of the buildings.

Parking

This is a pay and display car park. We have a small number of free iTrain parking permits these will be issued on arrival, first come, first served.

Refreshment Breaks

There are normally breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon when Clients may help themselves to tea, coffee & biscuits. Chilled mineral water is also available.

Lunch is scheduled at 12.30 p.m. an inclusive service via our national catering partner Pret-a-Manager or at local restaurants.

Please let our Training Administration team know of any dietary requirements.

Emergency Contact

If an emergency message is left for you during the course, we will inform you immediately. There is also a general message board outside

the training suite where any messages or faxes received for delegates are posted.
