Overview:
SAP (systems, applications and products in data processing) solutions are integrated, configurable, open and scaleable. They can be applied to any business model providing real-time visibility across an entire organisation, supporting and streamlining the operations of global enterprises, mid market companies and smaller businesses, providing them with a competitive edge no matter the complexity or simplicity of the business processes.
SAP provides a base of core services from financials, through manufacturing and sales and distribution, to human resources. It provides real time visibility of management information across a business and its tools allow it to play an active role within the e-business environment.
SAP solutions are currently provided through 4 different packages: SAP Business One, mySAP All in One, my SAP ERP and mySAP Business Suite.
SAP Business One
- Is aimed at small to middle weight businesses and organisations which are currently using uncomplicated and limited business processes.
mySAP All in One
- Is designed to meet the needs of small to middle weight businesses and organisations which use slightly more complex business processes and are on the verge of expanding or have ambitious development plans.
my SAP ERP
- Has been developed by SAP with a strong emphasis on the collaborative processes and enhanced control. It includes updated functionality in Financials, Human Resources, Operations and Corporate Services.
- mySAP ERP incorporates SAP R/3 Enterprise and is powered by SAP NetWeaver.
mySAP Business Suite
- Consists of a comprehensive range of solutions. These include mySAP Business Intelligence, mySAP Customer Relationship Management, mySAP Enterprise Portal, mySAP Mobile Business, mySAP Product Lifecycle Management and mySAP Supply Chain Management.
Solutions can be entirely tailored towards your business needs and processes; we will select the right solutions to match your needs.
SAP Implementation Service:
We work with you at your pace to guarantee smooth SAP implementation and minimum disruption to your business. We use SAP's ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology; based on previous experience this has proved essential in reducing and optimising the implementation cycle.
Whilst each SAP solution can be tailored to the current needs of your business, the infrastructure is laid for the system to be modifiable and extendable in line with any future developments to your business needs.
