Knowledge Resource Management - "KRM"
Key to the successful delivery of each training project is the need to effectively manage and organise resources. At iTrain Education we recognise that resource and knowledge management will form a key element in the successful delivery of any training programme. KRM is a fully configurable document control and knowledge management repository that can be used to store, track and control project resources as follows:
- Documents - a complete document management repository with check-out and check-in facilities, document control and user/project based security access; full archiving and vault management
- Knowledge Management - a configurable resource repository allowing storage of project based knowledge data, documents, presentations, skills, people as well as external information such as suppliers etc.
- Full project search facilities, control, and retrieval, together with configurable people/skills matrices
