Course Contents
This practical course covers the Oracle 10g Discoverer Administration Edition and its use with the R12 E-Business suite.
The course provides everything needed to successfully administer Discoverer Desktop, Plus and Viewer Editions, allowing users to create and edit reports on various modules within Oracle Applications
The first day will give an overview into all aspects of Discoverer Administration on stand-alone machines; with the second day connecting to a Release 12 instance and a pre-defined End User Layer. This workshop session will allow delegates to look at pre-built Business Areas based on specific modules, and then allow the creation of new Business Areas and reports. This will expand the skill set provided by the first session and allow delegates to focus on those modules they are most interested in.
