The iTrain Applications Practice is responsible for our Oracle 11i and SAP Financials, HRMS, Supply Chain and CRM services. The team consists of full-time experienced Oracle 11i and SAP applications consultants with specialist knowledge and experience of the Oracle 11i and SAP applications suite, with extensive knowledge and experience of delivering Oracle 11i and SAP programmes for blue-chip business customers.
The iTrain Oracle Applications Practice develops programmes for installation, implementation, development, maintenance and delivery of full life-cycle services across the Oracle ERP 11i and SAP product range. The team uses a unique process-based methodology that incorporates customer driven change management programmes with integrated business process change control to deliver services that directly meet the needs of our customers business. Our core approach is to combine flexibility of definition and requirement with consistency of implementation and technical excellence.
iTrain also uniquely provides a range of business support programmes including change management, management consultancy, and lifecycle training. We can develop customer focused training and eLearning packages that use industry ready Oracle 11i and SAP titles in conjunction with the customer defined narratives and screen processes to deliver bespoke Oracle 11i and SAP training support for each customer's business and IT support teams. Our development and delivery methods are designed to ensure that our customers maximise their investment in their Oracle 11i or SAP asset through the effective development of their own staff's competencies, and our blended solution of Oracle 11i and SAP classroom and eLearning training courses can be specifically and uniquely designed to meet the identified needs of the customer's business team.
