The Project Team
iTrain's training consultants have broad experience working directly with both government and commercial customers across the UK, Europe and USA, and so we understand and respect the priorities and objectives of our project delivery partners. Our focus is to provide quality driven training services that are adaptable and flexible to the needs of each customer. For each customer project delivery, a dedicated Commercial Manager is appointed to take responsibility for all aspects of the commercial project deliverables, working in conjunction with a dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for all aspects of the training delivery programme. Each project is supported by our internal skills development team to ensure we provide a bespoke training solution that uniquely fulfils the specific training needs and change management programmes of the business.
Training Courseware & Delivery
To ensure that we adapt to, and accommodate, the specific needs of each programme, iTrain will provide flexible courseware development and delivery teams to fulfil all identified classroom and eLearning needs. Each team will be structured and managed to fit into your major project delivery programmes or alternatively we can provide expert trainers to fulfil resource 'gaps' within the overall project delivery schedule. In either case, iTrain always aims to adapt its approach to the delivery objectives of the programme team, working alongside the customer's project personnel to facilitate and fulfil the overall training delivery and change management objectives.
