This course has been developed in conjunction with the Staffordshire eGovernment Partnership rollout of Oracle
CRM LG45 utilising PSCM (Public Sector Content Management).
This comprehensive class introduces the student to the full capabilities of PSCM and demonstrates the extensive
range of technologies used to deploy PSCM solutions to local government.
The class introduces both Oracle and non-Oracle technologies including the eGIF standard that is deployed
within the PSCM architecture. iTrain is pleased to provide additional eGIF training if required.
